Job Title: Commis Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our culinary team at Accor. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Talent & Culture Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and dishes
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve high standards of quality and presentation
  • Support the training and development of junior team members
Health & Safety:
  • Report any hazards or incidents to the Executive Chef or Health & Safety Officer
  • Follow safe working practices and procedures at all times
Customer Relations:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest feedback
  • Work effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
