Catering Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our Patient Service Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our catering services, ensuring that high levels of work and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
