Job Title: Philanthropy Lead

The role of the Philanthropy Lead at WWF-UK is to develop and lead the development of major giving opportunities within our portfolio, with a focus on securing transformational gifts from foundations and philanthropists. As a key member of our Supporter Income & Engagement team, you will work closely with colleagues and senior leaders to identify global opportunities and build long-term, effective relationships with trusts, foundations, and high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fundraising, a track record of success in securing major gifts, and excellent communication and relationship building skills. They will also be able to motivate and lead an interdisciplinary team, develop complex proposals and cases for support, and engage internal and external senior leadership.
