About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead our dynamic Philanthropy and Events team within our Supporter Income & Engagement directorate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision for our giving club (£5k+) at a pivotal moment in its development, with five years left to deliver against the UNs Sustainable Development Goals.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and leading strategic plans to meet ambitious team targets, collaborating with colleagues to design and deliver an engagement and stewardship calendar, and liaising with programmes teams to report on impact achieved on priority projects.

This role requires proven experience of building committed and impactful relationships with philanthropic donors, including trusts, foundations, and high net worth individuals.
