Get Golfing CIO is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Front of House representative for their sports facilities. This role involves working with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience at their various sports establishments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the facility.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers in person or via phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a fun and outgoing personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
  • Perform duties such as serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables, and cashing up, while following company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain clean and organized front-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of and passion for sports and related products/services.
  • A minimum age of 18 is preferred due to the sale of alcohol at the venue.
