Primary Duties:
  • Greet guests with a warm and inviting attitude.
  • Offer assistance and information to patrons.
  • Deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in public areas.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the sports or hospitality sectors.
