About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and inspirational leader to join our team as a Nursery Manager. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding outcomes for children and providing unrivalled experiences for families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality childcare services, ensuring that our children receive the best possible education and care.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of our services, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with our team of educators to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of our children.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and dedicated childcare professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Build strong relationships with our families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the decision-making process.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven experience in the Early Years sector, with a strong understanding of childcare policies and procedures.
  • Full and relevant Early Years qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, with a track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent outcomes.
  • Level 2 Maths qualification, or willingness to achieve this within 2 years of starting the role.
  • Enhanced DBS check, with the ability to work with vulnerable children and adults.
