About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Trust Administrator in the MENA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trust and companies for Ultra High Net Worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior members of the team with the management of trust and company portfolios for Ultra High Net Worth clients in the MENA region.
  • Ensure strong connectivity with Global Relationship Managers based in Switzerland, London, the UAE, and Singapore.
  • Review trust structures in-line with HSBC's risk management framework and the wider regulatory environment.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with across departments, service providers, and professional advisors to complete client servicing requirements.
  • Assist with preparation for client meetings and identify ways to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience in trust and company administration.
  • Holder of or studying towards a STEP Diploma or other relevant qualification.
  • Familiarity with the Jersey regulatory environment, including AML and CFT requirements.
  • Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
