Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Planning Expert to join our team in Staffordshire. As a Regional Planning Expert, you will play a key role in leading and managing planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, and providing expert advice on planning policies, applications, and appeals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage planning projects to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
  2. Provide expert advice on planning policies, applications, and appeals.
  3. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
Requirements:
  1. RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related field.
  2. Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  3. Proven experience in delivering planning projects within a consultancy environment.
