Job Overview

Our client, an established financial services organisation in Leeds, seeks a highly skilled Client Account Administrator to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional development and career growth.

The successful candidate will have either administration experience or a background in financial services. They will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisers by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of client accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on our internal database.
  • Conducting critical yield calculations and demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory calculations such as carry forward allowances and Inheritance Tax (IHT) calculations.
  • Liaising with clients to gather information and completing account administration tasks.
  • Assisting with processing client investment transactions.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for Financial Advisers.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of current financial products and regulations.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software programs.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career advancement.
