We are looking for a highly skilled Family Support Worker to join our team at Watertoren Utrecht.

Job Description

This role will involve working closely with family and unpaid carers in Shropshire, delivering support and information to enable them to achieve their own outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver support and information to family and unpaid carers in Shropshire
  • To work closely with the carer community to identify their needs and develop effective solutions
  • To contribute to the development of a carer-friendly community in Shropshire

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
