Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at a dynamic business based in the Molesey area. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our 40 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance standards are met
  • Oversee the management of properties and vehicles, including insurance and procurement
  • Process month-end payables and manage procurement activities
  • Deal with estate-related queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, compliance, or a related field
  • Background in procurement and financial management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
