Exciting Opportunity for Nurses and Allied Health Professionals

    Are you a skilled Nurse or Allied Health Professional looking to take on a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical assessments?
Donard Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and unbiased assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) program.
Key Responsibilities:* Deliver comprehensive face-to-face and virtual assessments to service users
* Conduct telephone assessments and initial review calls
* Prepare detailed paper-based reports (PBR)
* Manage caseloads from end to end, including breaks, CPD, and audit amendments
Requirements:* Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
* 1+ years post-qualification experience
* Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
* Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy
Benefits:* Competitive salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
* 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
* OTE: £45,650 per annum
