We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior TIA Coordinator to join our TIA/Stroke department at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital-based IT systems and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Consultants and their teams, including audio typing and clerical duties.
- Manage and supervise staff, including allocation of work, identification of training needs, and performance management.
- Implement policies and procedures for the team and propose changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new software packages quickly.
