About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at CAMHS Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert occupational therapy services to patients with dementia and mental health conditions, including assessment, treatment, and care planning.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic and integrated care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to promote independence and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies to promote recovery and well-being.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with dementia and mental health populations, preferably in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
