Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our team as a UGG Supervisor. This role is responsible for creating personalized shopping experiences for our customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude with customers and team members. You'll also be responsible for operating all management functions on the cash register, handling money accurately, checking inventory daily, and ensuring products are stocked and available for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to create a positive environment for our people and customers.
  • Take charge of all inventory processes to ensure efficient back of house operation.
  • Process deliveries and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Conduct weekly RFID counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Lead store walks with senior management to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Prioritize brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions.
  • Empower team members through communication, recognition, and driving incentives.
  • Contribute to the team to achieve store goals.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, responding to problem situations with professionalism.
  • Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience within a busy stockroom environment, with a focus on inventory management and control.
