Full Time Housing Manager

Marks Consulting Partners Limited is seeking a highly skilled Housing Manager to join their team in London.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two Local Housing Centres and the head office reception service, as well as leading a team of staff responsible for delivering housing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Annual review and implementation of the Housing Team Plan.
- Management of allocated budgets in accordance with financial regulations.
- Deputising for the Head of Housing Management Services at meetings as required.
- Ensuring staff perform duties in accordance with agreed management standards.
- Managing and motivating a diverse team of staff, including caretakers, housing, and technical staff.
- Resolving complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with Board members, tenants, leaseholders, contractors, and staff.
Requirements
- Experience of managing a Local Housing Centre.
- Experience of managing and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer services.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the role of a Local Neighbourhood Centre.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of staff.
- Detailed knowledge of housing legislation.
