Marketing Assistant

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant & Copywriter to provide administrative, copywriting, and campaign support across all aspects of the Marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality product descriptions for all marketing platforms, adhering to the brand's tone of voice.
- Assist in the organisation of photos after photoshoots and update product categories based on sales figures and keyword research.
- Monitor and reply to testimonial reviews, social media messages, and Google Profile, Google Shop, Web Stories & Facebook Articles.
- Assist in the product uploading process from start to finish, including sourcing measurements, organising images, and obtaining product and price information.
- Update selling platforms with product prices and optimised descriptions.
- Input stock from weekly 'Tick Lists' and liaise with purchasing and finance to ensure all stock is uploaded.
- Plan and copywrite seasonal blog posts and promotional content, as well as assist in writing features for social, advertorial, and email content.
- Undertake competitor research and assist in planning and executing direct email campaigns aligned to the Marketing Strategy.
- Excellent writing skills and command of the English language.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage the product uploading process.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all departments.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to think creatively for marketing campaign ideas.
- Strong team player with a flexible approach when working in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
- Willingness to support all members of the marketing team and pick up workload to achieve business goals and objectives.
- 1-2 years' experience in a Marketing role, with copywriting experience and excellent writing skills.
- Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in marketing or business preferred).
