Job Description:
This role involves managing the bid process for all aspects of the tender process. You will be responsible for organizing teams, agreeing on timeframes and actions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
You will need to be proactive and utilise your time management skills to refine processes and make improvements in all areas.
The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail, effective planning skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective planner with ability to manage tight deadlines
- Diligent and adaptable
- Desire to progress into a career in Bid Writing/Bid Management
- Familiar with value-led sales techniques
- B2B sales process experience, at least 2 years
- Enhanced competency in MS Office applications
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a fantastic performance bonus. Other benefits include 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), company sick pay, Bunzl Save as you Earn Sharesave Scheme, and Comprehensive Learning and Development.
