Job Title: Store Manager - Fashion Retail Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store in Silverstone. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing a service-focused team, and running retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver high service levels and sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in fashion and apparel retail or sports space
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
