Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager is a key position in our retail team, responsible for driving sales and profitability in our store. As a highly capable leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and supporting them in creating a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability in the store.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives.
We offer a highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets are achieved, and a generous annual jewellery uniform allowance.
