Retail Store Manager

Pandora A/S is seeking a highly capable and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in store, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
The Store Manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and supporting them in creating special memories for our customers.

What to Expect
- Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs.
- Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
- You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert.
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
- An ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy, and can translate this in to the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
- Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
- Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
