PRS is seeking an exceptional HV Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the high voltage electrical maintenance activities during their shift in Canary Wharf.

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Shift Leader or Shift Technician looking to step up to a leadership position. As an HV Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

The successful candidate will manage and execute high voltage (HV) electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, especially concerning HV equipment and procedures.

You will act as the primary point of contact during electrical emergencies, coordinating response activities to mitigate risks and restore operations promptly. Additionally, you will mentor and train team members, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest industry practices and safety protocols.

A key requirement for this role is experience as an HV Authorised Person, holding a C&G Pt. 17th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation qualification, and any banking experience/data centre/critical environment background. The ideal candidate will also be able to lead, motivate, and direct a small team of engineers, demonstrating a willingness to attend on and off-site training.

About the Salary:

The salary for this position is £57,000, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining high standards of safety, performance, and reliability in our plant operations.
