Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Tooting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the unique needs of each child are met
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
- Work with parents and colleagues to set individualized goals and celebrate children's milestones
- Contribute to the development of a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
- A competitive salary of up to £25,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service
