Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Tooting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inspiring, and engaging learning environment that meets the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
- Work with parents and colleagues to set individualized goals and celebrate children's unique journeys
- Relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum
- Alignment with Kido's core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead
- Experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting
- Right to work in the UK
- Competitive salary of up to £25,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years service
