Get Support IT Services Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Infrastructure Technician to join their team in Oxford. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, including Windows Server and Active Directory.

You will work closely with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services, communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking, as well as experience with IT support and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supported networks and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Windows Server, including Windows 2003/2008/2012 OS and Active Directory
  • Experience with IT support and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Cisco, OpenBSD, Mac OS, and ADSL technology

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
