The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. You will be a creative and commercially-aware individual, able to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, including internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Plan, develop, and manage promotional and non-promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the product team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, including product brochures and technical documentation.
- Maximize communication opportunities with collaborators and influencers, and work with media owners and analysis teams to conduct post-campaign analysis.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing team and business stakeholders on campaign performance and results.
- Ensure forecasts, costs, and response rates are up-to-date and accurate, where applicable.
- Work with internal and external designers to deliver marketing materials that meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Write and supply copy for various marketing channels and audiences.
- Proofread and ensure all marketing communications are accurate, compliant, and on-brand.
- Ensure timing and communication are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level, ideally in a marketing-related discipline.
- A CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing is desirable.
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
- A proven ability to manage and deliver marketing communications.
- Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining excellent standards.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to tailor creative to different target audiences.
- Commercially aware, numerate, and comfortable with campaign analysis.
- Effective management of external agencies to deliver high-quality results.
- Project planning, including timeline and budgetary control.
