Job Title: Change Control Specialist

Eames Consulting is currently seeking a Change Control Specialist to join their team in London. This role will involve managing a team of 3 and overseeing the implementation of external mandated changes to calculations and improving documentation, processes, and controls.

The ideal candidate will have extensive prudential regulatory reporting experience and knowledge of prudential capital regulations. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3 and oversee the implementation of external mandated changes to calculations.
  • Improve documentation, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory Reporting BAU team to implement improvements to reporting processes.
  • Provide advice on IRB project developments and perform user acceptance testing.
  • Support production of prudential and statistical regulatory returns.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Prudential regulatory reporting experience and detailed knowledge of prudential capital regulations.
  • Proven experience in implementing change within a strong control environment.
  • Experience of managing a small to medium-sized team.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.

This is a high-profile role across the bank with regular interaction with key stakeholders. The estimated salary for this position is £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a hybrid flexible environment with 2-3 days in the office and opportunities for career progression.
