HR Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support our Gosport, Dover, and Bradford sites. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing all HR admin, including offer letters, contracts, reports, and payroll information. You will also support payroll and help manage employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR admin, including offer letters, contracts, reports, and payroll information.
• Support payroll and help manage employee benefits.
• Collaborate with a small, remote HR team, staying connected through Teams calls and managing your workload independently.
• Develop into a training role, where you will be responsible for training new managers, primarily based at Bradford, but with travel to Gosport and Dover.

• A detail-oriented HR professional who takes pride in accuracy and ensuring compliance.
• Comfortable working in a remote team, keeping connected via Teams.
• A desire to grow and develop, with the ambition to take on manager training and leadership responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel between Bradford, Gosport, and Dover as needed.
