HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our managers and stakeholders across three sites, with opportunities to develop your skills and exposure to HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 70% HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and email management
• 30% HR projects, advising managers and key stakeholders on HR-related matters

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD Level 5 HR candidate to learn and grow in a role with a very experienced HR Manager/Consultant as a mentor. You will work 3 days in the office and 2 flexible days from home, with regular travel to our sites in West Yorkshire and Kent.
