Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Consultant/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for counseling Chinese students on UK primary & middle school & Foundation course applications, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel Chinese students on UK primary & middle school & Foundation course applications
* Provide excellent customer service
* Understand and actively promote to student customers the education services provided by the company
* Draw up the most suitable application plan for students and convert inquiries into sales
* Conduct surveys and analyze customers' feedback
* Compile and analyze sales figures, actively contribute to the development of marketing strategies and the setting of sales targets
* Commit to achieving the demanded sales target and prepare relevant reports for senior management

Requirements:

* A genuine interest in the lower-age education consulting industry and the desire to learn and develop continuously in an ever-changing environment
* Educated to a master's degree level (or equivalent experience/qualifications)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working independently and as part of a team under high pressure
* Good IT skills and learning ability
* Good Chinese and English
* Sales or Customer experience an advantage
