Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Nottingham, delivering construction and refurbishment schemes in the Education sector.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
  • Manage project finances, including monitoring and advising on project costs.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project delivery.
