Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our venue, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the venue, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Manage a team of staff, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
