Internal Account Manager Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the UK and Export markets, as well as maintaining outstanding relationships within the OEM & Engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support an assigned customer base consisting of Mechanical Contractors, Engineers, Buyers, and Planners.
  • Maintain and increase the volume of product sales revenue with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Work with and expand the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and exceed sales targets.
  • Research, develop, and implement operational/strategic plans to ensure territory growth.
  • Conduct regular area reviews via phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face visits with all customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience within Industrial/consumer goods, OEM Sales, Distributor/Reseller Sales is desirable.
  • Proven track record of sales within a field-based role.
  • Experience within an account management or business development role managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Prospecting, closing, and growing business accounts.
  • Technically minded and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication (both written & verbal) / interpersonal skills to interact successfully at all levels.
  • Excellent Computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office.
  • A good organiser with the ability to manage multiple demands whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Results orientated and target driven.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
