Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee, you will play a critical role in creating a exceptional customer experience for our valued patrons. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team of partners to deliver high-quality service, beverages, and products that meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management: Execute store operations to ensure seamless opening, closing, and weekend coverage by your team of partners.
- Data Analysis and Decision Making: Analyze data and leverage in-store observations to inform decision-making that enhances customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
- Labour Management and Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with store leaders to utilize forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within budget constraints, while recruiting world-class and diverse talent that meets store needs.
- Partner Development and Engagement: Support the growth of your partners through performance and development coaching, building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
- Goal Setting and Performance Improvement: Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
