Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for executing store operations, analyzing data, and leveraging observations to inform decision making that improves customer and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute store operations through your team to ensure opening, close, and weekends are covered.
- Analyze data and observations to inform decision making that improves customer and store performance.
- Work with store leaders to manage labour within budgets and recruit world-class talent.
- Support partner growth through performance and development, coaching, and building positive relationships.
- Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
- 28 days holiday a year (including Bank Holidays)
