Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Putney. The successful candidate will work with children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language Delays, and Social Communication Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individual and group therapy interventions, assessments, and tailored support plans to meet pupils' communication needs.
* Collaborating with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
* Writing reports and maintaining accurate records of progress.
Requirements:
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
* Experience working with SEN children and young people, including those with ASD, SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), ADHD, and communication challenges.
* Strong understanding of relevant therapeutic interventions and strategies for speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, families, and staff.
