This role is ideal for a motivated and skilled professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care to children, young people, and their families.
About the RoleAs a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, particularly the 6 High Impact Areas, utilising evidence-based practice. You will work closely with colleagues to develop preventative community-based approaches and provide personalised care to support the local population.
This role requires excellent assessment skills, effective partnership working, and a strong approach to teamwork. We are looking for a qualified Health Visitor (NMC registered) with an inspirational and motivational personality who is highly skilled in communication. The successful candidate will have a strong approach to leadership, teamwork, and partnership working.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, based on full-time hours. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to a broad suite of training for professional development, a preceptorship programme for newly qualified practitioners, and a commitment to staff well-being and collaboration.
