As a Regional Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in shaping our team's future by attracting and retaining top talent in the Northern Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Recruiter, your primary focus will be on managing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and resourcing potential candidates. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Posting job adverts on social media and other platforms to reach a wider audience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local communities and attending community events to promote our brand
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous recruitment experience, particularly in direct sourcing for specialist roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of the local market
  • Ability to work effectively in partnership with others, building strong relationships and networks
