Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Regional Recruiter to manage and implement recruitment plans and strategies in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for attracting and resourcing potential candidates, developing networks in the local community, and promoting our company through regular community events.


Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Recruiter, you'll have the following key responsibilities:


  • Manage and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract and resourcing potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain networks in the local community to promote our company and attract top talent.
  • Attend regular community events to promote our company and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with our community engagement team to ensure a consistent and smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • Previous recruitment experience, particularly in direct sourcing for specialist roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and local knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others.
