About the RoleAs a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Leading store teams to achieve sales targets, drive customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency;
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention;
- Maintaining high standards of store appearance, merchandise presentation, and inventory management;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results, share best practices, and support company initiatives;
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the store team.
You will work closely with our Assistant Managers and Store Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, provide coaching and guidance to store staff, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of success in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement;
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations;
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
