About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent in Reading. As an experienced professional in the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing complex systems across various sites.

Key Tasks:
  • Maintain and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Perform site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Technical certification or diploma in Refrigeration/Air-Conditioning
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including control mechanisms and troubleshooting techniques

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, private healthcare, and company sick pay.
