About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and supporting children's development, both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire students to learn.

* Providing personalized support to students with various needs, helping them overcome learning challenges.
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, offering feedback, and guiding students towards their individual learning goals.
* Creating a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related educational support role (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
