About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Reporting Specialist to join our Project and Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting client requirements for data and reporting, and for defining data and reporting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the capture and documentation of client requirements for data and reporting.
  • Take the lead on defining data and reporting strategies.
  • Support the design and implementation of new data and reporting solutions.
  • Point of contact for the client throughout the design and development of the new solution.
  • Identify areas in existing Project, Programme, Portfolio and/or PMO reporting to increase data insights.
  • Responsibility for building, maintaining and improving dashboards, reports and tools.
  • Regular engagement with the client team members and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree level education required (any discipline).
  • P3M experience useful, but also open to a business analyst, data and reporting, digital transformation and/or process improvement background.
  • Some knowledge of construction useful, but not essential.
  • Awareness of PMOs.
  • Awareness of project and programme management methodologies.
  • Analytic skills to interrogate data, identify trends and performance improvement measures.
  • Experience of stakeholder management.
  • High standard of proficiency in oral and written communication.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise with the use of Power BI.
