Recruitment Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Competitive basic salary of £31,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure
- Flexible working hours and a weekly pay structure
- Company vehicle and fuel card, as well as company pension and holiday
