Recruitment Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our temporary workforce management.
Main Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and grow a pipeline of quality candidates through proactive sourcing, job advertising, and networking.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win scenario.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the key point of contact for both clients and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary roles, including client management, candidate sourcing, and placements.
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable but not essential.
- A self-starter with a hunger to succeed and the resilience to overcome challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building lasting relationships.
- Manage multiple clients and candidates with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment but also capable of working independently.
- Be a decision maker, able to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexible working hours.
- Basic salary £31,000 per annum plus uncapped commission structure, ensuring that your hard work and success are well rewarded.
- Weekly pay structure with additional earnings potential through the commission scheme.
