Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a PRU Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with challenging behaviours, mental health needs, and SEMH requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in small groups to engage with their education and regulate their emotions.
- Help pupils manage their behaviours appropriately and develop resilience.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Resilience and drive to motivate pupils who may be disengaged from education.
