GLG Vets is seeking a dedicated Part Time Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional care to animals and work collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on various animal species.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Offer guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
