**Job Title:** Care Career Starter - Support Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their well-being and quality of life;
  2. To assist service users with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores;
  3. To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that service user information is up-to-date and confidential;
  4. To work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure seamless support for service users.
