Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted-rated GOOD school in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive environment, working with children who have special educational needs.

About the Role:
  • Support children with special educational needs in both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Assist with implementing the National Curriculum tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment for learning
  • Participate in school activities and events
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a TA in a UK school
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Experience with Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance
Benefits:
  • £85 to £95 day rate, equating to £16,575 to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
